The Service Tech II – Electrical (intermediate level) is responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly. Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems. Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced.

Required:
High School Diploma or GED required
Two-year technical degree in a related field is preferred
3–6 years of experience as a Service Technician
Proficient in conduit bending and new circuit installations
Experience working with motors, transformers, and switchgear
Must be able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Strong diagnostic skills demonstrated through prior experience and/or training
Must be a team player who works well in a small team and takes direction effectively
Highly organized with a driven, growth-oriented mindset
Hardworking, dependable, and solution-focused with a strong work ethic
Professional demeanor and solid interpersonal skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Consistently demonstrates strong business ethics
