Provides support to employees or groups in the organization. Uses business software applications (e.g., email, Microsoft CE/CRM) to prepare correspondence, onboard customers, and vendors, etc. Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email, consistent with service and quality standards. Troubleshoots and resolves customer concerns.
