Job Summary

TDIndustries has exciting Internship opportunities available for students interested in partnering with an innovative and growing organization. The selected candidate will team up with an Account Manager in our TD Service Business Unit by provides support to existing customers by working quotes, managing contracts and conducting follow-ups to achieves revenue targets.

Essential Duties

  • Attend weekly meetings with team members to better understand the TD Service Business Unit.
  • Assist Account Managers in researching and identifying new opportunities.
  • Opportunity to learned about commercial: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Controls, Fire life & Safety, and Refrigeration.
  • Conducts customer visits with new and existing customers.
  • Shadow experienced Account Manager in different trades and sales team members.
  • Collaborates with service operations during estimates through job turnover.
  • Performs estimating on new work and service agreements for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborates with the operations team in project planning to ensure gross margin goals are attained.
  • Builds strong relationships both internally with customers and externally across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • Junior or Senior majoring in Mechanical Engineering Degree.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
