Job Summary

TDIndustries has exciting Internship opportunities available for students interested in partnering with an innovative and growing organization. The selected candidate will team up with the Dallas Service Operation team and will be rotated between various roles: Account Payable Analyze, Dispatch, Contract Agreement, and Tool Management.

Essential Duties

  • Attend weekly meetings with team members to better understand the TD Service Business Unit.
  • Assist the insuring the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data of the Business Unit.
  • Opportunity to learned about overseeing all inbound customer contacts via phone, email, web portal and fax and organizes customer service calls prior to their deployment to the Service Technician.
  • Manages inventory control and ensures adequate levels of equipment and tools are maintained.
  • Performs Perform contract review and draft proposed changes for the appropriate customer/owner team.
  • Collaborates with the sales team in project planning to ensure gross margin goals are attained.
  • Builds strong relationships both internally with customers and externally across the organization

Minimum Requirements

Junior or Senior majoring in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. 
3.0 GPA or higher
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
