The Production Manager is responsible for the oversight, management and direction of the Business Unit’s field supervisory personnel and ensures each construction project is completed on time, on budget and with a high level of quality. Manages, coaches and develops direct reports. Has cognizance of all projects, their associated labor force and operates with a full range of authority and responsibility. Reports to the Business Unit Manager or Regional Operations Manager.
