Job Summary

Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.

Essential Duties

  • Handles customer’s administrative needs and requests and resolves issues, delivering first-rate services that meet or exceed their expectations. Communicates effectively to guarantee prompt and responsive service to the customer’s immediate and long-term needs.
  • Communicates proactively with customers via calling or visiting in order to build customer relationships and generate additional revenue for the company.
  • Cross-sells our services to existing customers in order to meet their needs through comprehensive lifecycle facilities solutions.
  • Interprets and processes work orders, reviews invoices and correspondence.
  • Ensures any billable item is approved and directed to the correct customer.
  • Gathers data/costs for generating proposals and enters that information into CRM to create quoted estimates. Manages customer portals with needed data.
  • Assists in reviewing current processes and procedures in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience and increase overall efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

High School or GED.

0-2 years of experience in customer service.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
