Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports. Oversees safety inspections and incident management for business unit. Ensures compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of government safety regulations. Ensures that actions are taken to correct deficiencies or violations of standards, investigates hazardous conditions, manages and reviews job-site specific contracts, and interfaces with federal, state, and local regulatory officials.

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Maintains appropriate safety trainer status such as 501, CPR, First Aid, AED.
Construction Health and Safety Technician Certification (CHST), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), Associate Safety Professional (ASP) is preferred.
5-7 years of experience.
Strong leadership and effective team management and development skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
Strong knowledge of Safety Rules & Regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
