Job Summary

Our Customer Service Representative, provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.

Essential Duties

  • Handles customer’s administrative needs and requests and resolves issues, delivering first-rate services that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Communicates effectively to guarantee prompt and responsive service to the customer’s immediate and long-term needs.
  • Assists in reviewing current processes and procedures in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience and increase overall efficiency.
  • Gathers data/costs for generating proposals and enters that information into CRM to create quoted estimates.
  • Manages customer portals (such as, Corrigo & Service Channel) with needed data.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Previous experience in HVAC or Plumbing setting preferred.
  • High School or GED.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with customer portals such as Corrigo and/or Service Channel a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
