This position will lead mechanical construction projects from start to finish, keeping them on schedule, under budget, and troubleshoot problems. This position may supervise and mentor other Project Managers on the team. Projects will be renovations and retrofits in any industry. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree is required.
7+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience with HVAC and Plumbing systems.
Experience managing projects in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.
Experience in successfully leading projects and programs, on-schedule and within budget.
Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross functional environment.
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
