TD Industries has an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to direct mechanical crews, which will include plumbing, piping, HVAC, sheet metal, and other mechanical crews on commercial construction projects. This position could be responsible for managing multiple jobs, and supervising 1 or more trade groups. Examples of common projects we build include healthcare facilities, data centers, mission critical projects, manufacturing facilities, office complexes, education, high-rises, and others.

5+ years of experience in mechanical commercial construction with supervision experience.
Must possess associated licenses and/or certifications required by trade for the position
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Building Science, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
Construction Superintendent certification is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, coordination and/or BIM drawings, submittals, specifications, details and job orders.
Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Leadership skills.
Excellent time and project management skills.
