Develops and manages existing and new business opportunities and cultivates new relationships for both the Construction and Service businesses. Manages the needs of existing customer base. Schedules and conducts sales calls to existing and new customers. Acts as the interface between Operations and the customer on day-to-day issues. The Sales Executive interacts with the Controls Manager to help implement the team’s business responsibilities and activities as directed by the Controls Manager. Completes these job assignments and duties in an autonomous fashion. Work is typically of a complex nature and its planning often requires creative solutions. Uses independent judgment to resolve issues and arrive at decisions. Reports to and performs other duties as assigned by the Controls Manager and/or Business Unit Manager. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
