Our Sr. Commercial Service Plumbing Technician serves as a lead and front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.

Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.

The HVAC Tech II operates, monitors, and maintains heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC-related facilities' mechanical and electrical components and equipment in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. The HVAC Tech II develops and secures a spare parts inventory of maintenance hand and power tools and recommends the purchase of tools, equipment, and supplies required to streamline maintenance and operational processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing control methods and procedures to improve systems efficiency.

Responsible for the layout, assembly, installation and repair of plumbing systems.  Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.  These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.

Our Mechanical Piping VDC Designer, prepares and maintains detailed design drawings, schematics or specifications typically using computer-aided design software. Works closely with design originators (e.g., engineers, designers) to resolve design details or discrepancies or to prepare drawings of unusual, complex or original designs which require a high degree of precision using computer-aided drafting (CAD) or computer-aided engineering (CAE) equipment. Creates, modifies and controls detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions. Produces detailed material and labor estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems. Produces a conceptual estimate based on available information, historical data, experience and basic known engineering concepts, if plans are not available. Estimates include materials, consumables, incorporated equipment and labor, direct and indirect costs.

The Controls Building Automation Lead (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs diagnostics, maintenance and repair services on control systems. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.

The Journeyman Service Electrician serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly.  Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems.  Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced.

Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the sheet metal trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
