TDIndustries is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager Intern to join our team for a Summer 2025 internship. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, supporting various projects from inception to completion. As an intern, you will work closely with our project management team to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

Our Building Automation Technician - New Construction will be required to perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, replacement, and technical support for Commercial Controls Building Automation Systems. Understand control system design, sequence of operations, and controls schematic drawings. Properly complete all required project and service documentation accurately and on time.

Our VDC Designer, prepares and maintains detailed design drawings, schematics or specifications typically using computer-aided design software. Works closely with design originators (e.g., engineers, designers) to resolve design details or discrepancies or to prepare drawings of unusual, complex or original designs which require a high degree of precision using computer-aided drafting (CAD) or computer-aided engineering (CAE) equipment. Creates, modifies and controls detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions. Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures.

Our BIM Model Specialist, manages BIM models for multi-trade collaboration efforts.  Has a strong understanding of how a BIM project evolves from concept through construction and how the different discipline designs interact throughout the life cycle of the project.  Using BIM tools, collaborates and coordinates with other project team members to resolves issues. Responsible for providing BIM execution plan documentation, BIM project kick-off meetings, project model setup, clash detection setup, and client deliverable coordination.

Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.

The Building Tech III (senior level) provides guidance and training to other Building Technicians. Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. The Service Tech III – HVAC (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.

Performs business development and marketing activities including planning and strategy for a specifically assigned client/customer or market segment.  Position is highly visible to potential customers and requires the ability to influence/persuade.  Locates business opportunities with new and existing customers by building long-term business relationships with key decision makers.  Quality of effort greatly impacts corporate image and revenue stream.  Develops and facilitates the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, and client presentations. 

The HVAC Tech II operates, monitors, and maintains heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC-related facilities' mechanical and electrical components and equipment in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. The HVAC Tech II develops and secures a spare parts inventory of maintenance hand and power tools and recommends the purchase of tools, equipment, and supplies required to streamline maintenance and operational processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing control methods and procedures to improve systems efficiency.

Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports. Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities for a project.  Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.   Schedule working days: Sunday to Thursday

Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Heavy Commercial Centrifugal & Chiller systems. Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.  

Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.
