The Facilities Coordinator supports the Project Management Lead and Project Managers with project administrative activities to ensure successful planning, control, documentation and reporting of project works. They also work with the Finance Manager and Purchasing and Procurement Lead to ensure that projects are procured correctly, and financial management is in accordance with account requirements. Produces detailed material and labor estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems. Produces a conceptual estimate based on available information, historical data, experience and basic known engineering concepts, if plans are not available. Estimates include materials, consumables, incorporated equipment and labor, direct and indirect costs.
Leads or coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.
The Kitchen Tech III – Refrigeration Tech serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems). Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
Performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.

Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Heavy Commercial Centrifugal & Chiller systems. Teardown experience is a plus.
