Performs business development and marketing activities including planning and strategy for selling mechanical planned maintenance with applied equipment (chillers, boilers, towers, pumps, etc.). Position is highly visible to potential customers and requires the ability to influence/persuade. Locates business opportunities with new and existing customers by building long-term business relationships with key decision makers. Quality of effort greatly impacts corporate image and revenue stream. Develops and facilitates the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, and client presentations. Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
The Plant Operator/Mechanic provides guidance and training to other Building Technicians. Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing. Central Utility Plant experience in a commercial building. York Chiller repair, Chemical reading and Metasys experience. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes
Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the HVAC and Sheet Metal trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial equipment.

Our Facilities Supervisor, supervises the operation, monitoring and maintenance of a 64,000 sqft facility and related systems to include: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Plumbing and Electrical Systems. Supervises the maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. This position will focus heavily on projects in the healthcare industry, though may also work other projects in the Dallas area.
