Responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly. Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems. Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced.

As a Custodian, you will provide and maintain building cleanliness and organization by performing routine custodial work. Your work involves cleaning, disinfecting/sanitizing, maintaining common room areas, and caring for buildings and/or premises. You will work under close supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Assists with diagnosis, repairs, maintenance and installations of components, subsystems and systems for the electrical trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Works with various types of tools, gauges, and measuring equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.
The Building Tech I assists other technicians in performing the following duties: Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
The QA/QC Technician I is responsible for assigned project specific Quality Control programs and site specific plans from beginning to project completion. Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on materials, and installations, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Captures quality data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards.

Creates, modifies and controls detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions. Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures.

Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.

The Service Tech is responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.
Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports. Oversees safety inspections and incident management for business unit. Ensures compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of government safety regulations. Ensures that actions are taken to correct deficiencies or violations of standards, investigates hazardous conditions, manages and reviews job-site specific contracts, and interfaces with federal, state, and local regulatory officials.
The Service Tech I – HVAC (entry level) performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
Serves as lead and primary technical resource to other Building Technicians.Work with other access control technicans to maintain campus badging and camera system including PM's and trouble calls in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Reporting to a Project Manager, this position assist’s in implementing and commissioning Building Automation control systems equipment that has been newly installed on projects. The focus of this position is to observe, assist and learn via “hands on” opportunities the basics of building automation systems and the job functions of a building automation systems technician.
