The Service Tech - Plumber is responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.
Our VDC Plumbing Designer, prepares and maintains detailed design drawings, schematics or specifications typically using computer-aided design software. Works closely with design originators (e.g., engineers, designers) to resolve design details or discrepancies or to prepare drawings of unusual, complex or original designs which require a high degree of precision using computer-aided drafting (CAD) or computer-aided engineering (CAE) equipment. Creates, modifies and controls detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions. Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures.
Performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.

The General Maintenance Tech (PM) assists other technicians in performing the following duties: Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
Assists with diagnosis, repairs, maintenance and installations of plumbing systems. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems. Works with various types of tools, gauges, and measuring equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.
The Painter Tech I assists other technicians in performing the following duties: Painting, Patching, tape and bed. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Processes requests for quantity takeoffs from project detailed drawings. Reviews specifications for understanding and makes interpretations of information in the specifications to avoid ambiguities. Works closely with the Estimators to support the cost estimation process.

Supports the sales team on setup & renewal of service agreements. Processes invoices & credits to customers; issues purchase orders to vendors, and closes completed service agreement work orders. Recommends and implements programs to support customer needs.
As our Administrative Assistant IV, you will provide administrative support and also provide accounting support on both a business unit and project level. You will report to one or more senior level managers. This role provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You will generally have some supervisory guidance, but you will primarily rely on experience and personal judgment to make decisions that impact performance. You will use independent judgment on changes that directly affect administrative and business unit accounting functions. Performs ancillary duties as required.
