These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems. Works with various types of tools, gauges, and measuring equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.

Our Commercial Service Tech – CRFES (Commercial Refrigeration & Restaurant Technician) is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).

Produces detailed material and labor estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems. Produces a conceptual estimate based on available information, historical data, experience and basic known engineering concepts, if plans are not available. Estimates include materials, consumables, incorporated equipment and labor, direct and indirect costs.
The QA/QC Technician I is responsible for assigned project specific Quality Control programs and site specific plans from beginning to project completion. Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on materials, and installations, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Captures quality data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards.
The Kitchen Tech III – CRFES (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).

The Stationary Engineer (Plant Mechanic) Operates and maintains the Central Utility Plant Equipment & Systems: air compressors, boilers & associated waste systems, chillers, water towers, piping infrastructure & water treatment systems.
York Chiller repair, Chemical reading and Metasys experience. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Our Controls Technician II performs diagnostics, maintenance, installation and repair services on control systems.
The Building Tech II – Journeyman Electrician (intermediate level) is responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly. Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems. Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced.
Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
Our Tool Coordinator I is responsible for managing tools and maintaining an accurate and controlled inventory. Coordinates and/or completes the repairs and replacement of tools.
Our Tool Management Supervisor, supervises assigned personnel, coordinates work schedules and monitors performance. Supervises the tool coordination process of assigned business units and tracks assigned projects to ensure efficiency, quality and accuracy of resources and processes.
