The HVAC Tech II operates, monitors, and maintains heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC-related facilities' mechanical and electrical components and equipment in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. The HVAC Tech II develops and secures a spare parts inventory of maintenance hand and power tools and recommends the purchase of tools, equipment, and supplies required to streamline maintenance and operational processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing control methods and procedures to improve systems efficiency.
Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports. Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities for a project. Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.
Schedule working days: Sunday to Thursday
Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Heavy Commercial Centrifugal & Chiller systems. Teardown experience is a plus.

Leads or coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.

Assists with diagnosis, repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems. Works with various types of tools, gauges, and measuring equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.
Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.
