TDIndustries has an exciting opportunity for a construction Project Manager. This position will lead mechanical construction projects from start to finish, keeping them on schedule and under budget. This position will focus heavily on projects in the healthcare industry, though may also work other projects in the Dallas area.
Our Commercial Chiller Technician, specializes in heavy commercial chiller systems. You are responsible for performing inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Chiller type Systems.
Our Commercial Boiler Tech serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. As a Boiler Technician, you will be responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.
The HVAC Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, water treatment, purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
Plans, assembles, installs and repairs low purity, high purity and ultra high purity process systems. Install these systems according to pre-determined specifications and best practices in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards. These systems may consist of pipe or tubing, fittings, valves, and other appurtenances to accommodate a complete and working system designed / installed for its intended purpose. Reports to a supervisor (typically a foreman) on a daily basis with limited direction in addition to established working processes and procedures. Will perform additional duties as required to complete the system installation as required. Demonstrates understanding of specific protocols/specifications for installation or modification to UHP systems such as: gas, chemical and specialized water. Shows expertise and proficiency in system layout and ISO drawings, orbital welding and tube bending.
Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.

Produces detailed material and labor estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems. Produces a conceptual estimate based on available information, historical data, experience and basic known engineering concepts, if plans are not available. Estimates include materials, consumables, incorporated equipment and labor, direct and indirect costs.
Performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
