Salary Range for this role is $24.00 - $ 36.85 per hour. We can go higher with the right experience.

The Building Tech I assists other technicians in performing the following duties: Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
The Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, water treatment, purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. The Service Tech II (intermediate level) is responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.
Assists with diagnosis, repairs, maintenance and installations of plumbing systems. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems. Works with various types of tools, gauges, and measuring equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.
Responsible for day-to-day operations for a Large Dallas-base Hospital accouns and oversee expected expansion. Customer Relationship Management and driving opportunities to optimize operations, equipment and opportunities to add value to this important client. Manages the operation, monitoring and maintenance of assigned facilities and related systems to include: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Plumbing and Electrical Systems. Plans and oversees the delivery of service to customers.
The Service Tech I – CRFES (entry level) is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).

Our Commercial Chiller Technician, specializes in heavy Commercial Chiller Systems. You are responsible for performing inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Chiller type Systems.
Responsible for setting up equipment and weld parts using arc, submerged arc, gas-shielded arc, mig and tig machines. Handles the layout, assembly, installation and repair of plumbing systems. Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.
The CUP operator Operates and maintains the Central Utility Plant Equipment & Systems: air compressors, boilers & associated waste systems, chillers, water towers, piping infrastructure & water treatment systems.
