Prepares and maintains detailed design drawings, schematics or specifications typically using computer-aided design software. Works closely with design originators (e.g., engineers, designers) to resolve design details or discrepancies or to prepare drawings of unusual, complex or original designs which require a high degree of precision using computer-aided drafting (CAD) or computer-aided engineering (CAE) equipment. Creates, modifies and controls detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions. Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures. Evaluates and recommends purchase of CAD/CAE-related computer hardware and software.

Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.

Our Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC & HVAC/R Systems.

Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the HVAC and Sheet Metal trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

The Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, water treatment, purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.

As a Custodian, you will provide and maintain building cleanliness and organization by performing routine custodial work.  Your work involves cleaning, disinfecting/sanitizing, maintaining common room areas, and caring for buildings and/or premises. You will work under close supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.   This position will assist with some admin duties.  This is a part time position, expected to be about 20 hours/week, with no benefits.   Work hours will be flexible during Monday - Friday after 5 P.M.

Assists with the assembly and installation of sheet metal products.  Works with various types of tools, materials and equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.

Assembles, installs and repairs HVAC systems.  Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.  These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, air handling equipment, control boxes, air conditioning ducts, grease ducts and hoods, ventilators, grills and louvers or other sheet metal products and equipment.
