Our Commercial HVAC Service Technician - (Chillers), specializes in heavy commercial chiller systems. You are responsible for performing inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Chiller type Systems.

The Service Tech III – Electrical serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly.  Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems.  Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced.

Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials. Responsible for setting up equipment and weld parts using arc, submerged arc, gas-shielded arc, mig and tig machines.  Handles the layout, assembly, installation and repair of plumbing systems.  Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.  These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.

Assists with diagnosis, repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems.  These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems. Works with various types of tools, gauges, and measuring equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.
