The Service Tech III – HVAC (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the plumbing trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

The Building Tech II – Journeyman Electrician (intermediate level) is responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly. Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems. Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced.
Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
The Plumbing Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, water treatment, purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
The Electrical Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including Electrical Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies.
Performs Fire Alarm routine inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of fire and life safety systems commercial.

The Facilities Controls Tech II – (intermediate level) performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on Building Automation, energy management, and access controls systems.

These systems may consist of pipe or tubing, fittings, valves, and other appurtenances to accommodate a complete and working system designed / installed for its intended purpose. Reports to a supervisor (typically a foreman) on a daily basis with limited direction in addition to established working processes and procedures. Will perform additional duties as required to complete the system installation as required. Demonstrates understanding of specific protocols/specifications for installation or modification to UHP systems such as: gas, chemical and specialized water. Shows expertise and proficiency in system layout and ISO drawings, orbital welding and tube bending.
