The Plumbing Superintendent II provides supervisory assistance for employees and Independent Contractors assigned to Plumbing crews on a specific project. Reports to Senior Superintendent or Production Manager. Performs other job and Superintendent related duties as required.
The Service Tech III – Controls (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs diagnostics, maintenance and repair services on control systems.
Performs business development and marketing activities including planning and strategy for a specifically assigned client/customer or market segment. Position is highly visible to potential customers and requires the ability to influence/persuade. Locates business opportunities with new and existing customers by building long-term business relationships with key decision makers. Quality of effort greatly impacts corporate image and revenue stream. Develops and facilitates the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, and client presentations. Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
Assists with the assembly and installation of sheet metal products. Works with various types of tools, materials and equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.
The Building Tech II (intermediate level) - ELECTRICAL operates, monitors and maintains utilities, main focus is Electrical but also including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, water treatment, purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the HVAC and Sheet Metal trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Our VDC Designer, prepares and maintains detailed design drawings, schematics or specifications typically using computer-aided design software. Works closely with design originators (e.g., engineers, designers) to resolve design details or discrepancies or to prepare drawings of unusual, complex or original designs which require a high degree of precision using computer-aided drafting (CAD) or computer-aided engineering (CAE) equipment. Creates, modifies and controls detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions. Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures.
The Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including Electrical Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies.
Travel will be required in Austin/San Antonio area with paid mileage for personnal vehicle.
Responsible for trouble shooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintenance of commercial HVAC/refrigeration and Industrial refrigeration: Reach-In Freezer, Walk in Cooler, Walk-In Freezer, Ice Machines, Reach-in-Cooler.

The Controls Tech I – Controls (entry level) performs diagnostics, maintenance and repair services on control systems.
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

Our Commercial Service Tech III – CRFES (Commercial Refrigeration & Restaurant Technician) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Customer Relationship Management and driving opportunities to optimize operations, equipment and opportunities to add value to this important client. Manages the operation, monitoring and maintenance of assigned facilities and related systems to include: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Plumbing and Electrical Systems. Plans and oversees the delivery of service to customers.
Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.
