The HVAC Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, water treatment, purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Commerical HVAC Systems including Heavy Commercial Centrifugal & chiller systems.

The QA/QC Technician II is responsible for assigned project specific Quality Control programs and site specific plans from beginning to project completion. Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on materials, and installations, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Captures and analyzes quality data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards. Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards.
The Service Tech III – HVAC (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
Leads or coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.
Plans, assembles, installs and repairs low purity, high purity and ultra high purity process systems. Install these systems according to pre-determined specifications and best practices in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards. These systems may consist of pipe or tubing, fittings, valves, and other appurtenances to accommodate a complete and working system designed / installed for its intended purpose. Reports to a supervisor (typically a foreman) on a daily basis with limited direction in addition to established working processes and procedures. Will perform additional duties as required to complete the system installation as required. Demonstrates understanding of specific protocols/specifications for installation or modification to UHP systems such as: gas, chemical and specialized water. Proficiency in system layout and ISO drawings, orbital welding and tube bending.
The Service Tech I – Electrical (entry level) is responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensures equipment is running correctly. Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems. Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced.
Our VDC Manager, manages, coaches and develops team on assigned projects. With limited supervision, this position will perform some complex analysis of upcoming projects & activities, while gathering and distributing information to the appropriate Partners. The qualified candidate will oversee the preparation and maintain detailed design drawings, schematics or specifications typically using computer-aided design software. Works closely with design originators (e.g., engineers, designers) to resolve design details or discrepancies or to prepare drawings of unusual, complex or original designs which require a high degree of precision using computer-aided drafting (CAD) or computer-aided engineering (CAE) equipment. Oversees the creation, modification and controls of detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions. Manages the development and maintenance of drafting standards and procedures.
