Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the HVAC and Sheet Metal trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable processing, ensuring accuracy of invoices and timely payments according to company policies/procedures. Provides support and information to managers, buyers, staff and vendors in the areas of Accounts Payable, including purchase order entry and employee expense reports. Duties include processing invoices, report generation and analysis, account reconciliation and a variety of special projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.
Facilities Maintenance setting, Building Tech II - Plumber. Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.
The HVAC Superintendent provides supervisory assistance for employees and Independent Contractors assigned to HVAC crews on a specific project. Reports to Senior Superintendent or Production Manager. Performs other job and Superintendent related duties as required.
Develops and manages existing and new business opportunities and cultivates new relationships for both the Construction and Service businesses. Manages the Service needs of the assigned existing customer base. Schedules and conducts sales calls to existing and new customers. Acts as the interface between Service Operations and the customer on day-to-day issues. The Account Manager interacts with the BAS Manager to help implement the team’s business responsibilities and activities as directed by the BAS Manager. Completes these job assignments and duties in an autonomous fashion. Work is typically of a complex nature and its planning often requires creative solutions. Uses independent judgment to resolve issues and arrive at decisions. Reports to and performs other duties as assigned by the BAS Manager and/or Business Unit Manager. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

The Building Tech I assists other technicians in performing the following duties: Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
The Service Tech II – CRFES (intermediate level) is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).
The Service Tech I – CRFES (entry level) is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).
Prepares, records, analyzes and reports on the cost of producing the organization's products and services.
The Service Tech II (intermediate level) performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
The Service Tech III – HVAC (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

This position will keep projects on schedule and under budget, and lead MEP construction projects from start to finish. Assist Project Manager in coordination of projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.

Pay is based on experience: $25.00/hr - $38.00/hr.

The Service Tech IV – Plumbing serves as a lead and front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.
As the Public Relations and Communications Specialist, you will coordinate internal communications, media relations and prepare external communications. Plans, prepares and relays information concerning the organization to the press and the wider community to gain understanding and acceptance for the organization.
