Leads or coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.
The Pumping Tech performs the following duties on a mobile basis: grease trap puming, sanitary sewer system pumping, equipment operation, demmand service calls, and maintains planned maintenance work. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs the above mentioned items to our service customers in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Maintains truck inventory of basic materials, hand and power tools. Safely drives a motor vehicle and trailer, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements.
Develops and manages existing and new business opportunities and cultivates new relationships for both the Construction and Service businesses. Manages the Service needs of the assigned existing customer base. Schedules and conducts sales calls to existing and new customers. Acts as the interface between Service Operations and the customer on day-to-day issues. The Account Manager interacts with the BAS Manager to help implement the team’s business responsibilities and activities as directed by the BAS Manager. Completes these job assignments and duties in an autonomous fashion. Work is typically of a complex nature and its planning often requires creative solutions. Uses independent judgment to resolve issues and arrive at decisions. Reports to and performs other duties as assigned by the BAS Manager and/or Business Unit Manager. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
The Service Tech IV– Controls serves as a lead and front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs diagnostics, maintenance and repair services on control systems
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Controls service technicians ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Serves as working supervisor and front-line advisor to service technicians and customers. Monitors and coaches service technicians on safety and productivity. Typically supervises 3-6 Service Technicians.
Leads team of TakeOffs and Estimators who determine quantity and costs of mechanical and plumbing systems for upcoming commercial construction projects. This position is instrumental in helping TD Industries win business by providing accurate estimates of materials needed for plumbing, and HVAC materials in commercial construction projects.
Provides application software development and support services primarily for the ERP Ecosystem. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software applications. Analyzes requirements, tests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented across development and operations with a DevOps mindset.
The Service Tech II – CRFES (intermediate level) is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).
The Service Tech I – CRFES (entry level) is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).
The Service Tech I – HVAC (entry level) performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
The Service Tech II (intermediate level) performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
The Building Tech III (senior level) provides guidance and training to other Building Technicians. Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including Heavy Commercial HVAC Units. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies.
Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
TDIndustries is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Service Technician who is responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial equipment.
The plumber will read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems.
The plumber will cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring).
Installs and maintains water supply systems.
