This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC-related facilities' mechanical and electrical components and equipment in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. The HVAC Tech II develops and secures a spare parts inventory of maintenance hand and power tools and recommends the purchase of tools, equipment, and supplies required to streamline maintenance and operational processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing control methods and procedures to improve systems efficiency.
Provides administrative support to projects, project team, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project operations and support. Ensures policies and procedures are followed in alignment with company standards. Coordinates the flow of communications, business, tracking and status of project processes.
Responsible for the layout, assembly, installation and repair of plumbing systems. Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.
