The HVAC Tech II operates, monitors, and maintains heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC-related facilities' mechanical and electrical components and equipment in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. The HVAC Tech II develops and secures a spare parts inventory of maintenance hand and power tools and recommends the purchase of tools, equipment, and supplies required to streamline maintenance and operational processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing control methods and procedures to improve systems efficiency.

Provides administrative support to projects, project team, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project operations and support. Ensures policies and procedures are followed in alignment with company standards. Coordinates the flow of communications, business, tracking and status of project processes.

Responsible for the layout, assembly, installation and repair of plumbing systems.  Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.  These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.

Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the plumbing trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Our Journeyman Service Plumber is responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.

Processes and balances daily cash and credit card activity, and applies payments accurately to customer invoices. Provides daily cash reporting for management. Monitors Accounts Receivable department email account and ensures requests are handled timely. Prepares miscellaneous journal entries and reports as needed.

Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand. Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature. Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials. Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.

The Building Tech II – Journeyman Electrician (intermediate level) is responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly. Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems. Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes..

Performs fabrication and assembly operations on Piping products with minimum supervision; set up, plan, layout, and operate fabrication equipment as required.

Our Journeyman HVAC Service Tech performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC Systems.
