Responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable processing, ensuring accuracy of invoices and timely payments according to company policies/procedures. Provides support and information to managers, buyers, staff and vendors in the areas of Accounts Payable, including purchase order entry and employee expense reports. Duties include processing invoices, report generation and analysis, account reconciliation and a variety of special projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.

Our Service Projects Pipefitting Foreman, supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.  

Our Boiler Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various types of boilers used in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of boiler systems, including their components, controls, and safety measures. Our Boiler Technician ensures that boilers operate efficiently and safely, adhering to relevant codes and regulations.

Responsible for the layout, assembly, installation and repair of various types of piping systems.  Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.  These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling and industrial processing systems.

Assists with the assembly and installation of sheet metal products.  Works with various types of tools, materials and equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.

The QA/QC Technician II is responsible for assigned project specific Quality Control programs and site specific plans from beginning to project completion. Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on materials, and installations, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Captures and analyzes quality data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards. Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards.

The Controls Building Automation Lead (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Performs diagnostics, maintenance and repair services on control systems. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
